  • Conduct research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
  • Propose training tools that will improve the performance and skill development of employees.
  • Ensure that team metrics and objectives are monitored to ensure that objectives are met.
  • Record each stage of the research and development process.
  • Conduct RFP reviews, customer visits, and product testing, as well as manage customer relationships.
  • Develop and sustain testing protocols for the evaluation of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
  • Supervise intricate research projects, evaluate outcomes, and formulate recommendations in accordance with discoveries.
  • Evaluate the extent of research projects and guarantee that they are completed within the designated timeframe and budget.
  • Be present at industry conferences that address research topics that interest you.
