PeptAlm - a platform based on artificial intelligence for studying peptide-protein interactions with virtually generated peptide libraries (NCBiR Grant)
Member of the consortium and contractor of the project.
PI of the Work Package.
The aim of the project is to develop the PeptAIm product - a unique, artificial intelligence-based, web-based bioinformatics platform supporting the design and development of molecular diagnostic tests. PeptAIm will enable users to select appropriate peptide-ligands with the highest affinity and spatial fit to the target protein-receptor.
The PeptAIm platform will help develop new molecular diagnostic tests for emerging or known diseases such as COVID-19. The heart of the PeptAIm platform is an innovative, experimentally validated algorithm, supported by advanced machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) methods.
